The Westbrooks Way ("TWW") provides resume review, feedback, and editing services based on professional experience and industry knowledge. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that TWW does not guarantee:

- Job offers

- Interview requests or callbacks

- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) pass-through rates

- Any specific hiring outcome, timeline, or result

 

Employment outcomes depend on many factors outside TWW's control, including but not limited to employer decisions, market conditions, your qualifications, and how your materials are used after delivery.

 

Professional Opinion, Not Universal Standard

 

All feedback, edits, and recommendations provided reflect the professional judgment, knowledge, and expertise of TWW at the time of service. This feedback may differ from — and is not intended to align with — the opinions, methods, or standards of other career coaches, resume writers, recruiters, or consultants. There is no single "correct" way to write a resume, and TWW's recommendations represent one professional perspective.

Client-Provided Information

TWW does not verify or fact-check the content you provide and bears no responsibility for inaccurate or misleading information you choose to include in your final materials.

 

Confidentiality & Use of Materials

 

Resumes and personal information submitted for review are used solely for the purpose of providing the requested service and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. TWW may request permission to use anonymized excerpts or before/after examples for marketing purposes, but will never do so without your explicit consent.

 

Refund Policy

 

All sales are final. TWW does not offer refunds for any service, including but not limited to resume reviews, resume editing, and any promotional or discounted offerings. By purchasing or booking a service, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

 

Revisions

 

Revisions are not included or guaranteed across all services. Where revisions are offered, they will be explicitly stated in the description of that specific service package at the time of purchase. TWW reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a revision request falls within the scope of the original service or constitutes additional work subject to a separate fee. TWW may also modify, add, or remove revision terms for any service at its sole business discretion, including for future clients, without obligation to apply changes retroactively.

 

Promotional Services

 

This disclaimer applies fully to services offered under promotional terms (including free reviews and discounted editing), which are offered at TWW's discretion and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.
