Candidate referrals. Your resume and profile may be shared with TWW's business clients for open or upcoming roles we determine may be a strong match for your background. TWW acts as a talent intermediary and does not guarantee placement.

Role filtering and matching. Your submission will be reviewed and filtered against current and future job opportunities. You may be contacted only for positions TWW determines are relevant to your experience and goals.

Resume review and editing services. If your resume is selected or you request it, TWW may provide a professional review or offer editing services. Resume editing beyond a standard review is a paid service and will be communicated to you prior to any fees being incurred.

Talent pipeline inclusion. Your information may be retained in TWW's candidate database for future opportunities beyond those currently available. You may opt out of this at any time by contacting us directly.

No guarantee of employment. Submission of your resume does not constitute an offer of employment, a guarantee of an interview, or an agreement to represent you as a recruiter. TWW is not a staffing agency.

 

Data use and confidentiality. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with TWW's Privacy Policy. Your resume will not be shared with any third party outside of TWW's active client relationships without your consent.

Right to withdraw. You may request removal of your information from TWW's database at any time by emailing us resume@thewestbrooksway.com. Requests will be honored within a reasonable timeframe.
